Judith Fowler, the founder of Art on Wheels-Missouri and an art professor at Missouri State University, in her office in Missouri State's Brick City. Art On Wheels raises art supplies and delivers them to disaster areas. Fowler started this with Hurricane Katrina, but expanded it with the Joplin tornado.
